To maintain a database of 25
or 50 franchisees is
probably a manageable task
for most franchisors.
Updating contact
information, staying abreast
of new franchise openings,
maintaining current status
notes on each franchisee,
and remaining current on
royalty collections, would
be time consuming, but
manageable. Furthermore,
staying on top of each
franchise sales transaction
and where it is in the sales
